Clamping System

New to KJN's range of products for 2005 is our range of aluminium die-cast clamp elements from their tube connection system.The system allows endless application possibilities such as gantries, support frames work platforms etc.

Clamp sizes range from 8mm - 80mm in round versions and 20mm -80mm in square versions. Combinations of round and square versions are possible with flexibility between tube sizes also being an option.

Clamping is achieved by means of socket head screws with an option of quick release levers being available.


Due to the design of the clamp elements quick, cost effective assembly of structures is possible. Additions or modifications to exisitng frames etc can easily be made due to the split versions of the clamps within the range.


There are approximately 170 versions available within the range giving a total of approximately 400 different variations, allowing high stability and load capacities.

Standard version clamps have a ground finish but an option of a powder coat finish is available, if required.
